Product Information: Organic Virgin Argan Oil 250ml
Organic Virgin Argan Oil – Cold-Pressed
Argan oil is extracted from the seeds of the berries of the Moroccan Argan tree through a gentle cold-pressing process. The growing region of Argan trees in southwest Morocco was declared a UNESCO biosphere reserve in 1995. The valuable fruits of the Argan tree are traditionally hand-picked and processed with great care by Moroccan women. The gentle cold-pressing method produces a mild, slightly nutty oil that is rich in nutrients. Argan oil has been prized for centuries by the indigenous people of Morocco for its beneficial properties. Today, it has earned its place as a premium gourmet oil in refined kitchens around the world.
Organic Virgin Argan Oil
The composition of Argan oil is unique. It is rich in both saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a healthier alternative to conventional vegetable oils.
The term "virgin" refers to oils that are extracted from natural seeds using low-temperature cold-pressing. This is the gentlest extraction method, ensuring that the temperature during the process does not exceed 40°C for nut and seed oils. In compliance with quality standards, virgin oils are neither roasted nor treated with steam (deodorized). Beyond filtration, no further processing is allowed.
Virgin Argan oil, compared to roasted Argan oil, has a much milder flavor, making it a versatile cooking oil. It is perfect for salads, vegetable dishes, fish, and meat. It also adds a special touch to desserts. When cooking or frying, cold-pressed organic Argan oil should not be heated to high temperatures. We recommend using it at low to medium heat or adding it after the cooking process for optimal flavor and health benefits.

Notes
Any cloudiness or sediment that may form is not a sign of reduced quality.
At low temperatures, edible oils may freeze or form clumps, which is a natural and harmless occurrence. To return the oil to its liquid state, simply allow it to thaw at room temperature for a few hours or place it near a gentle heat source, such as a radiator, for a few minutes. This process does not affect the quality of the oil.
